1. 운영자와 적용 범위
버드 아카이브(이하 “사이트”)는 팬이 개인적으로 운영하는 비공식·비영리 아카이브입니다. 본 방침은 사이트와 연결된 롤링페이퍼, 팬아트 및 문의 Google Forms를 통해 처리되는 개인정보에 적용됩니다.
개인정보 관련 문의, 열람·정정·삭제 및 동의 철회 요청은 사이트의 문의사항 폼으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 보호책임자는 버드 아카이브 운영자입니다.
2. 처리하는 정보
- 롤링페이퍼: 닉네임, 메시지와 제출자가 자발적으로 작성한 내용
- 팬아트: Google 계정 이메일, 닉네임, 팬아트 파일, 선택 작성 내용, 게시 동의 및 AI 사용 여부 등 제출 내용
- 문의: 문의 내용과 선택적으로 남긴 SOOP 닉네임
- 자동 처리 정보: 문의 답변의 읽음 상태를 저장하는 브라우저 localStorage 정보. 호스팅 제공자인 Cloudflare가 보안과 서비스 제공을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 및 요청 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다.
사이트 자체는 회원가입 기능이나 자체 서버 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
3. 이용 목적
접수 내용의 검수·게시, 제출자 확인, 문의 답변, 수정·삭제 요청 처리, 부정 이용 방지와 사이트의 안정적인 운영을 위해 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 사용합니다.
4. 공개되는 정보
동의와 검수를 거쳐 닉네임, 롤링페이퍼 내용, 팬아트, 작품 설명 및 게시일이 공개될 수 있습니다. 이메일, Google 계정 정보와 비공개 문의 내용은 사이트에 공개하지 않습니다.
5. 보유 및 파기
- 게시된 롤링페이퍼와 팬아트: 삭제 요청 처리 또는 사이트 운영 종료 시까지
- 팬아트 이메일과 원본 폼 응답: 검수·게시 완료 후 최대 90일
- 문의 내용과 답변용 SOOP 닉네임: 답변 완료 후 최대 30일
보유 기간이 지나거나 목적을 달성한 정보는 Google Forms·Drive의 응답 및 파일을 포함하여 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 관계 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 기간만 별도로 보관합니다.
6. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리
접수와 호스팅을 위해 Google Forms·Drive 및 Cloudflare Pages를 이용합니다. 이 과정에서 정보가 각 사업자의 국외 서버에서 저장·처리될 수 있으며, 각 사업자의 보안·개인정보 보호 정책이 적용됩니다. 운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 법적 의무가 있거나 이용자의 별도 동의가 있는 경우를 제외하고 독립된 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 주의사항
이용자는 언제든 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 공개를 원하지 않는 실명, 연락처, 주소, 건강 정보 등 민감하거나 사적인 정보는 제출하지 마세요. 만 14세 미만 이용자는 보호자와 상의한 뒤 제출해 주세요.
8. 안전성 확보와 변경
접수 자료에 대한 접근을 운영자에게 제한하고, 계정 보안과 최소 보유 원칙을 적용합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 사이트를 통해 안내하며, 변경된 방침은 표시된 시행일부터 적용됩니다.

1. Operator and Scope
Bird Archive (the “Site”) is an unofficial, non-commercial fan archive operated by an individual fan. This policy applies to personal information processed through the Site and its linked Google Forms for rolling-paper messages, fan art, and inquiries.
Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy matters may be submitted through the inquiry form. The privacy contact is the operator of Bird Archive.
2. Information We Process
- Rolling paper: nickname, message, and information voluntarily included by the submitter
- Fan art: Google Account email, nickname, uploaded artwork, optional description, publication consent, AI-use disclosure, and other submitted information
- Inquiries: inquiry details and an optional SOOP nickname
- Automatically processed data: browser localStorage used only to remember whether public FAQ updates have been read. Cloudflare, the hosting provider, may process IP addresses, browser/device information, and request logs for security and service delivery.
The Site itself has no account system or operator-controlled server database.
3. Purposes
Information is used only as necessary to review and publish submissions, identify submitters, answer inquiries, process correction or deletion requests, prevent abuse, and operate the Site securely.
4. Public Information
With consent and after review, nicknames, rolling-paper messages, fan art, artwork descriptions, and publication dates may be displayed publicly. Email addresses, Google Account details, and private inquiry content are not published.
5. Retention and Deletion
- Published rolling-paper messages and fan art: until a deletion request is completed or the Site closes
- Fan-art email and original form response: up to 90 days after review and publication
- Inquiry content and optional SOOP nickname: up to 30 days after the response is completed
Information is deleted without undue delay when its purpose or retention period ends, including relevant Google Forms and Drive records. Information required by law may be retained only for the legally required period.
6. Service Providers and International Processing
The Site uses Google Forms/Drive and Cloudflare Pages. Information may therefore be stored or processed on servers outside Korea under each provider’s privacy and security practices. The operator does not sell personal information or disclose it to independent third parties except with consent or where legally required.

7. Your Rights and Submission Safety
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Please do not submit real names, contact details, addresses, health information, or other sensitive or private information that should not be public. Users under 14 should consult a parent or guardian before submitting.
8. Security and Changes
Access to submissions is limited to the operator, account-security measures are used, and data is retained only as long as necessary. Material changes will be announced on the Site and apply from the stated effective date.
